Oasis Deck and Shade's Customers are Sold on EverGrain®
Living in the harsh Colorado climate, Justin Lambrecht of Oasis Deck and Shade, Inc. has little trouble selling his customers on the benefits of composite decking. "Our clients almost always select a low maintenance composite product so they won't have the staining and sealing headaches," says Lambrecht.
For Lambrecht, the decision on which composite brand to recommend is also an easy one. "We promote EverGrain because we know it performs well in our environment, which means we have very few warranty callbacks," he says.
Eliminating callbacks is a critical concern for Lambrecht, who says his company usually has 5 or 6 deck projects in progress at any given time.
